We spent Christmas at this ski, in ski, out chalet and it was awesome! the apartments were contemporary yet cozy and the views from the balcony were stunning. We loved that each apartment had its own ski locker and boot warmers and that the piste and lifts were just a few steps away. the kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. Plus, the location was great as we were able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants.
The check, in time of 5pm, which was a bit late, but the luggage storage was convenient. we had an amazing holiday and we highly recommend this place for a wonderful family vacation.

The location of this place is absolutely amazing, with easy access to Esi Grand Massif and being in close proximity to Plan Moulin.

Friendly staff, excellent service, panoramic views. Located in the ski area. Nice rooms, with a lot of space.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the gondola and just a short walk to the center of town. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. the hotel also offers excellent facilities including a pool, spa, and gym, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.
One downside is that the DVD selection is limited, so it's best to bring your own movies if you plan on using the DVD player.

Ski-in ski-out location with easy access to the slopes and great views. Comfortable furnishings and useful amenities.
Lack of clear communication about separate accommodation blocks and hard-to-find information about spa and pool access from certain blocks. disappointing customer service.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who even called us every evening to ask if we needed anything for breakfast. The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, spa, and ski lockers, were fantastic. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the gondola and slopes, allowing for easy ski-in/out access. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the center of the city, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
